Important information:
- Please note that all guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event time to ensure timely seating
- All guests are to be seated in the venue at 7pm to ensure smooth service. We do not take responsibility for delays if arrival is later than this time
- Free flowing drinks packages are valid from 7:00pm-11:30pm, and all drinks after this time must be paid for on consumption
- Standard RSA regulation applies and Criniti’s reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol
- Increases in numbers are subject to availability
- Any dietary requirements must be advised at least one week prior to the event date
- Cancellations made prior to 20th December will receive a full refund
- All cancellations made after the 20th December will forfeit the full amount
- Criniti’s is strictly a no BYO venue
