Menu priced per head.
Bookings should be confirmed 48 hours prior to the date.
Any dietary requirements please let the reservations team know 48 hours prior to the booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.
A set menu is compulsory for 12+ guests.
A beverage pack is compulsory for 20+ guests.
Kids under 3 eat for free and under 12 for half price.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays and
A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
A 1.5% surcharge applies on every card transaction.
We take the table preference, however, do not guarantee the exact spot.
We are halal certified.
Your seat will be held 15 minutes past your reservation time.
Time duration applies to all bookings as well as set menu.
The deposit is non-refundable, and one time use only.
The remaining amount on the deposit is non-refundable.
Bookings Cancellation Policy
Notification required via email reservations@crinitis.com.au.
If notice is provided less than 7 days before your event booking date, the total deposit amount is non-refundable.
Number of guests cannot be reduced once the deposit or the booking is made. However, 7 days notice is required to increase or reduce the numbers.
Please note that the number of guests confirmed by this time is the number of guests charged for the day.
Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Refund takes 3-5 business days.
10% of the total deposit will be deducted while processing the refund if the cancellation complies with the cancellation policy.
The booking date can be changed if the customer is not able to attend, and a refund cannot be made in such an event.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
